All Sales Are Final
Profit Catalyst gives you immediate access to the full revenue system the moment you purchase: proven play templates, the STRX Campaign Engine, the Play Guardrail System, AI content tools, and (for Lifetime + Strategy members) a 1:1 setup session. Because the value is delivered up front and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on any plan.
What We Offer Instead
We stand behind the product with two service commitments:
- The 20x Revenue Guarantee.Set up your profile, complete your first play, edit where needed, and deploy it. Do those four things and we guarantee you generate at least 20x the cost of your membership. If you complete the four activation steps and don't hit that mark, we work with you directly until you do.
- The 60-Minute Calendar Guarantee. Plan your entire marketing calendar in under 60 minutes, or we work with you until you hit it.
These guarantees are service commitments. They entitle you to hands-on help from our team until you get the promised result. They are separate from any right to a refund.
Annual Renewals
Pro (Annual) renews automatically each year. You can cancel any time before your renewal date from your account billing page, and you will keep access through the end of the paid term. Renewal charges follow the same final-sale policy, so cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged for the next year.
Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
Mischarges are the exception to the policy above. If you were charged twice, charged after a timely cancellation, or charged the wrong amount, email [email protected] within 60 days of the charge and we will correct it, including a refund of the erroneous amount.
